10 . IMAGE RIGHTS AND MONETIZATION

• By commissioning me, you grant permission for the use of your commission/character image for the following purposes:
• Posting on my social media.
• Portfolio display and promotional use.
• Commission sheets, YCH examples, and related promotional materials.
• Creating videos or photographic records of the process and finished artwork.
• Monetization of videos or content featuring your commission or artwork.
• Merchandise use, including but not limited to t-shirts, stickers, and other consumer products.

CLIENT CONDUCT

• Please respect business hours. I respond to messages only during my stated working hours; be aware of this before contacting me.
• Clients are welcome to request access to the commission queue to track the progress of their order.
• If your name does not appear in the queue within three (3) days after payment, please contact me at @heyfl0ra.
• Clients have the right to request updates on their commission, but may not rush, pressure, or threaten the artist to speed up the process. Please be aware that there are other orders in the queue besides yours.
• Do not request discounts or attempt to take advantage in any way. This is disruptive and wastes both my time and yours.
• Do not copy my work. You may use it as inspiration, but you may not replicate it or use “inspiration” as justification for copying or profiting from my style.
• Do not use my artwork for commercial purposes without permission, including NFTs, AI training, or similar projects.
• If you are interested in using my artwork for merchandise such as mugs, t-shirts, or other products, please contact me to discuss licensing.
• Do not add offensive text or NSFW content to my artwork.
• My signature on the artwork is mandatory and must not be removed.
• You may post my artwork as long as proper credit is given.
By completing payment for any commission, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
